Thank you very much for your swift response to my complaint. The missing item in question was delivered to my house with a humble apology from the Risk Manager. Thank you once again for putting my mind at rest that this type of activity will be monitored in the future so that other customers do not experience the same issue as I had. Apology and gesture fully welcomed.
