Missing items in Order #*** Makro Ottery

On the 09 August 2024 I placed an order online Makro for baby toiletries there was 10 items only three were delivered on 3 consecutive days which honestly didn't make sense to me by Courier guy.I was contacted and advised to collect the rest but unfortunately I was no able to answer the call at work.I tried calling back numerous times and also escalated with the call center twice still no response yet.I visited the store pickup department for another order I placed and collected successfully.The supervisor promised to look into the where about of the order but still have not received any feedback.Its frustrating because these things are important daily used item for the baby now I am struggling to buy them again and also paid for something I still have not received.I am pleading for assistance.
