Missing items from the order and poor communicatiin from Makro team.

I bought 8 by 2 ltr excella oil from MAKRO ONLINE, but i received 6 instead on the 11th of Nov 2024. Today is the 18th of Nov 2024 but have not received any correspondence from Makro team. I have logged complains via online chat, calls and even whatsapp but i am not getting any results.
