Missing Items from delivery

I placed my order on 27 May 2025. On Wednesday 28 May 2025 I sent an email asking to change my delivery address as I was working from home for the rest of the week. I received a call from your call center, and I was guaranteed that the delivery would be to my home as per my request. However, you still delivered to my office and now the items are missing. I only received the Comfort Fabric Softener and the 98-piece Floor Protector stickers. I held on the phone for 27 minutes without any resolution on Friday and Saturday I held for another 11 minutes without any resolution.
