Missing items

I placed an order with Makro on the 2nd of June, the goods was delivered on 5th, however the milk was not delivered al though it was on the invoice as well, I tried emailing Makro and there is up until today no reply, tried calling them multiple times but the number does not work, very poor service and I will surely not order from them again. There customer service sucks
