Missing items

I ordered a walking pad from Makro online and it’s missing some items . A remote, *****s for the support bar and phone holder . How do you deliver an item without checking that all the items are in the package????? So annoying. Now I’m stuck with an item I cannot use ! Can you assist with delivering the missing refunds or refund my money !
