Missing items!!!
Missing Items No Resolution Provided
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Makro regarding my recent online order on placed on Tuesday.
Several items were missing from my delivery, and despite expecting proper service and accountability, I have not received any resolution,7 items are missing I paid for all these products and did not receive them. This is unacceptable, and I am requesting an urgent investigation and refund or replacement of the missing items.
I hope Makro will address this matter promptly, as this experience has caused major inconvenience.

What's happening,why do you treat your customers so bad with terrible service too..I've been making a follow up on my order with missing items,order placed on the 2nd of December only for them to be incomplete yet again,today I received a call from the driver to say my order is here only for the 6 pack of milk to be delivered,disgusted!!! a whole 13 days of resolution and only just 6 pack of milk to be delivered where is the rest of the items that I have fully paid for I have adviced to be refunded!!!!
