Missing items

I ordered the stove box set that included a cookerhood. I logged a complaint regarding the missing cookerhood and it has been a back and forth process. I was told they will get back to me in 48 hours and no one got back to me. I am the one who has to spend money on airtime calling them on a way forward. No one has been of assistance, it's a blame shifting process, no one knows what is going on. One mentioned they didn't know it came with a cookhood, today I am being told that they packed it.. Where cause I opened the stove there's nothing there... Makro refund me back my money so I can be able to support a reputable business, clearly there is no value for good customer service in this company 😣😣😣😞😞😞
