Missing item upon delivery

Is Makro an actual company operating within the laws of this Country or is a JOKE?! Thats the first question that needs to be answered, before we can proceed with dealing with my complaint. I purchased two items. One item was delivered and the other remains missing. The packaging also has visible signs of tampering. I sent an email. No response. I tried calling both customer service numbers but they’re ‘unavailable’. I called the third party supplier and they assisted by lodging an investigation from their side and advised to contact Makro. However no response. This is an urgent matter. This is a high value item that costs R10000.
