Missing Item - Online Order

I placed an online order on the 31st August from the Gqeberha branch. Upon opening the two boxes, I noticed the 6 tins of Husky 775g were not in the boxes. I have chatted to several people on the phone and via email. Everyone just says it will be escalated but then I never hear back. I have made so many online orders and this has turned into a horrible experience.
