Missing item on my order

I am so disappointed with their service. I placed order online. Order was delivered, but 1 item was not there. I tried communicating with them on WhatsApp but I haven’t received my missing item. It even say delivered on my order history.Listerine Zero mouthwash was missing Order reference OD***. I hope they will resolve this.
