Missing item on delivery

I am completely disappointed with Macro online shopping. I am writing for the second time with regards to the same order. I placed an order on the 28th of November 24 after so many attempt to call macro, I only received 1 item from the oder on the 11th of Dec 24.

Till today I am waiting for my second item no one is giving me direct answer as to what happened. This is emotionally draining😢
