Missing item

Hi đź‘‹ hello Peter, I bought a combo deal set online from makro January, it was a 20L hisense microwave and a 32l hisense micro oven it comes with a 5.2l hisense airfryer as a more for less deal ,I've been calling makro from January till last month, because I gave up calling, seems like they r turning a blank eye on my claim ,I emailed them a proof of my order it's show I ordered more for less deal ,every calling center operators I spoke to from makro, they say one thing we busy escalating the matter...they will call you ,I haven't received any call ,I'm still waiting for my 5.2 liter hisense that is missing from my order ...

Good morning hellpeter ,master again , I just wanna let you know I’m still waiting,I haven’t received a call or message from Makro concerning my missing item…and I’m would like to hear from you since you promised you’d follow up with Makro.

Hi hallopeter,first I would like to thank you for all ur efforts.makro did call me 2 weeks back, concerning the missing item 5.2 liter air fryer.same song “escalation to the dispatch department, this is a third week, I’m still waiting , the reason why I ended up writing to hellpeter, they still doing the same thing , turning a blank eye

Good evening hello Peter , I’m so surprised you also agreeing with makro , but I send you a proof screenshot to show you that my order was indeed more 4less deal ….. and that’s wat I ordered…the reason I purchased that order it was because of more 4 less deal, I also send them a proof of my order …. So who didn’t order more for less deal , who are they talking about, let’s be real , you have a proof of what I have ordered, please assist further ….what do they say about the order on my online purchase was it a **** because it says more for less deal and it’s written there more for less deal
