Missing item

This is with regards to order:MAK*** where I purchased 2 set of fans and a 2litre Oros. What I have noticed is that the delivery and communication was efficient as much as my previous orders. I was told that the Oros I ordered was out of stock and I will be refunded within 10working days , till date I haven’t received my refund and no communication what’s so ever. The said part is that I was missing an item on my order I even notified the delivery company they used which is courier guy, and was told that it is on its way. Till date nothing, no communication. Order was made on the 25th and delivered on the 29th of November. I haven’t received my refund for the Oros and the missing item on my order hasn’t been delivered nor communicated as to when will I be receiving it. I’m frustrated at this point!!!
