Missing free T-shirt.

For a considerable period, I have avoided shopping at Makro, specifically due to staff apathy. Around a month ago I purchased a pair of branded jeans at a great price. Only when I arrived home did I notice the till slip indicated that it comes with a free T shirt. So, a week later I went to customer services with my query and was assisted in a professional and friendly manner. The gentleman went and found his manager, a lady, and regrettably I never noticed their names. This manager firstly apologised, then personally went through their warehouse to locate a T-shirt for me. I'm both grateful and impressed, keep it up!
