"Missing" Delivery

Based on my recent experience I'd give 0 stars if that was an option. I placed an order on 13 September that is yet to be fulfilled. I've logged multiple queries and have been very patient but I won't be buying from Makro again after such poor service. I'm given the same excuse over and over. My case has been closed repeatedly. There's no follow up. They've taken my money and failed to deliver on their end. Makro's incompetence is appalling.
