Miss me when it comes to ordering from Makro again!!!

This is the very last time I trust Makro with an online order. I have given them a try based on what I thought the brand could deliver on, but they have proven me wrong. I ordered some items for an event and they did not deliver, split my order without explaining why, made empty promises, and misused the word "escalate" to make me believe they were doing something when I feel like my issue was captured on their system and then forgotten. I placed an order on 2 December and I am still waiting for it. Can Makro get their act together please!!!!
