Misrepresentation

I bought an umbrella. When they brought it down to me I asked where the foot piece is and was told that it is sold separately. Clearly this was serious misrepresentation by exhibitting the complete unit including the foot piece for a price of R899 and then tell me that the foot must be bought separately! My pictures clearly shows the complete unit. It is named "Standard Umbrella" which to me means a complete unit, especially so with the foot shown in the exhibit. What was upsetting is that the riskmanager thought it was a joke! His name was Van der Merwe...........
