Misled and poor service

I am so disappointed in your service this is the second time of being disappointed by you guys....I placed an order on the 30th of April, It was supposed to be delivered today 6 May but nothing has been done, I last received an order confirmation thereafter nothing. I had to call your call center today and spoke to an agent that told me about order being approved by head office, like since when did you start doing such, how can I receive an email that confirms the delivery date while the order still need to be approved? I am being misled by your agent or by an administration that sent me the delivery date. Your service has really changed from excellent to nightmare, I requested for a day off at work so that I can avail myself however seems like I did that for nothing as makro couldn't fulfill what they've said. I don't think I will ever order from you again.
