Misleading shopping information and lack of resolving online orders.

Order number: Order#MAK***. Call ***. On 26 November 2024, I bought a gift online for my daughter's graduation ceremony. I was expecting prompt services and called to find out why my delivery was not delivered. I was told that my order was not packed. I called the next day, 29 November 2024. The next agent answered saying my order is packed and ready to be delivered. Later on that day, I received a message from Makro saying my delivery has been cancelled. I called to find out why. I was then told that Makro-Crownmines has is out of stock and than I will be refunded in some days to come. I then realised that I had been **** to and had been given misleading information throughout my shopping process.
