Misleading public products marked on promotion

We bought several appliances from Makro Centurion they had on the Samsung"Buy and get" promotion but was surprised to find that 2 of the appliances does not qualify according to the Samsung promotion sms line although it was advertised and marked as such.(picture available).i then went to Makro to inform the salesman he confirmed my worst nightmare stating that he didnt know, we confirmed the day before with the Samsung "specialist" that the voucher remained the same no matter what when i bought it..now no one want to take responsibility for misleading me and Makro now offers me a R1000 voucher instead of R4000 per item as it was clearly marked, as can be seen on foto (available)
