misleading online pricing n horible customer servi

This is the 3rd day now waiting for your call after your call centre promised to contact me Monday. on the 30th of July i ordered on line the Sumsung printer reference:MKOUYQYHOS and order number :MAK079874. We urgently needed it so bad. <br> <br> The printer was R999.00 on sale. i had my on line order purchase done, and went to Wonderboom Makro, showed it to the sales people on the shop, but i was told, this has nothing to do with them in a very bad attitude. tried to explain and showing them the proof of the online purchase,but they were consistence in declining us. We were forced to pay R2499 on the very same machine. Contacted the call center on the 31st which promised to contact me monday. The call centre confirmed to me that the price of R2499 was infact no correct and was also suprise as to why they sold the item to me at R2499.The machines hasnt been used as i am waiting for the call. i urgently need a call
