Misleading delivery promises online.

I bought a fridge and a stove using Makro online, it showed that delivery will take 2-5 working days, I am now into 'working day 7" the status still shows the same like it did two days ago. I had to phone in twice regarding this and somehow they keep mixing my order number up with one of my other order numbers, they keep on giving me the same status which I can clearly read on their online system. Every time I ask them why their system shows 2-5 working days when it obviously isn't so "it's misleading' they tell me that they will check and come back. Still no phone call received from them. My advise to the public - don't use this online system.
