Misleading

I bought a fridge and was promised delivery on the upcoming Saturday and when I eventually called Makro, I was informed that they do not do deliveries on Saturdays, despite the fact that the Makro representative confirmed delivery on Saturday before 12:00. It is now Tuesday and still no fridge and I have spent a lot of money on this unit.
