MISLEADING AVERTISING

I have been to makro store Springfield park to purchase a baby cot which was advertised with a mattress. When I got to the store they say they don't know anything about a mattress and have to check with there head office. I purchased the item with the manager telling me I will get a mattress delivered to me. The next day I get a call from the store telling me that the contents in the box comes with a mattress, that item which they calling a mattress comes with every cot and it's more like the base to put the mattress onto , So basically that isn't a mattress. The service was poor at the store, the knowledge of what they keep was very . And as the advert states mattress and what's in the box is really not the same thing.
