Misleading adverti*****t

As from the beginning of 2020, Makro advertised specials on more 4 less. One of the specials are WeetBix, 3 packets 900g for R120. I went to Makro Vaal on 07/01/2020; 28/01/2020; 30/01/2020 and again on 28/02/2020. Each time I visited Makro Vaal, there was no stock and the only Weet Bix available was the 450g and 1.35kg packets. On 07/01/2020, I asked a floor assistant regarding the no availability of 900g WeetBix and I was informed that the supplier did not deliver. During the other visits to Makro Vaal, I again was informed that the supplier did not deliver. On 28/02/2020 I again wanted to purches Weet Bix as per adverti*****t but again there was only 450g and 1.35kg boxes. I then asked a Makro employee who was assisting somebody else, whether the 900g Weet Bix is out of stock seeing that there was nothing on the shelf. I was then again informed that the supplier did not deliver the 900g Weet Bix. This is as from Jan 20202 and as per date, it was end Feb 2020 but still the adverti*****ts as well as info cards on the shelf still showed the special. On highlighting this, I was informed that the person is only working there. This is actually a breaching of the consumers act where misleading adverti*****t are done and no products are available.
