Misleading advertising and sales

Makro Bloemfontein advertised that they had 100 PS4 500GB slim 3 Game Bundle, on Wednesday the gentleman helping at that department stated that these will be issued out on Friday due to them having limited stock of 10. Friday at the time of purchase at the till, Makro increased the price to R4 999 whereas on the shelf it was R3 999 and the pamphlet also stated that it is R3 999. the manager responded that you should take it or leave it, we selling it at the till price of R4 999. this is misleading, a waste of my time and petrol driving down to Makro.
