Misinformation

I bought a gas stove on Black Friday at Makro Ottery, the sales rep then said we can either have someone install and certify on our own or we can use Servisure. Firstly, they took nearly two weeks to come and install and then after they said they will be there after 12, they came at 4:30. The sales rep at Makro then went on to say that Servisure will supply us with a 9kg gas tank and if we took the package of R1450, they will come out and install. Bare in mind, I only took this because he said the 9kg tank will be apart of this package. I am honestly so ****ed off that someone came to literally put a pipe onto the stove for R1450, I was misinformed, I feel like the sales rep **** in order to get the sale. Really dissapointed and honestly will not be shopping there again. Thanks for nothing.
