Mishandling food stuff

I have always shopped at Makro in Montegue Gardens, but on Saturday I was not happy with security guard that search my goods, I don't have a problem with the search though but how you do it is the issue. This lady opened up my bags and took her hands and moved my meat and such around to see everything I bought. My problem is that she does not sanitize her hands every time she rummaged through customers food stuff. It took us 10 min with this process then she realised that the cashier ringed up 4 packs choc milkshakes instead of 2 packs stawberry and 2 choc, so we had to wait for the supervisor to redo that sale, it took us more than 20 min to leave the store from the time we had paid for the goods, this is really unacceptable. I emailed the complaint to Makro on their website but no response, seems that they not really interested in their customer complaints. This is very disappointing since I have shopped at Makro for years.
