Misadvertised products

On the 6th of Nov'2020, I ordered 2 x Cape Vineyards Nautical Rope Doorstopper which were advertised at the weight of 6kgs each; at a price of R1819.46. The order arrived, but the doorstops weighed approx. 4kgs each, which was 33% less than the weight advertised (money wise that equates to R600 of the R1819.46 paid). I requested for these to be exchanged. After 21 emails, some which still are unanswered, and numerous phone calls, I finally received exchange items on the 18th of Feb 2021, over 3 months later, which weigh approx 400g more than the previous lot, therefore still not 6kg as advertised. I am appalled by the lack of responses from Makro in trying to resolve this and the manner in which they misadvertise these products!
