mind-numbing inefficiency and stupidity from MAKRO... Good Lord!!!!!

3 items were delivered... which is not the full outstanding order.

I did receive an email that a refund was authorised - but with the mind-numbing inefficiency of Makro - they neglected to say which items are to be refunded.

I am still awaiting the refund.

I have taken steps against Makro and made a formal complaint at the Competition Commission. Carte Blance is looking into this.

Disgraceful service.
