Million rand contract lost

I am horrified. I bought a mother's day gift received it damaged called the same day to do a replacement they came to fetch the damaged item. After three weeks they let me know there is no stock I called every week twice to find out what was going on. Customer service keeps me on hold for 60 min on hold for 60min this is the worst place to buy online. And I always bought from makro in store for years but after this online experience I don't think makro deserve my business. I but every year over 300 000 worth of goods that i give away. This is disgusting not only will I stop shopping at makro but I will inform my partners about this as will. Makro just lost a million rand contract that they didn't no they had. Disgusted really.
