Midea washing machine from Makro

Bought a Midea washing machine from Makro which is leaking, Makro says technician from Midea needs to come out, Midea says no Makro needs to replaced because its within 7 days, so why different stories? I was suppose to buy new washing machine, no exchange.. instead the technician will come to repair a new faulty washing machine!!! What pathetic service!!! Will never buy from Makro again and stay away from Midea products… still no washing machine!!!
