Microwave with load shedding

Bought a microwave on the 25th of November 2022. After a week or so of use, I realised that the light was not working, I actually came to realise it had never worked so I reported this immediately via email. Took a while for the team to respond and I’d have to nag them, they told me the staff was going on their December break. So this meant that they would take it and I would host my house warming, Christmas and New Years without a microwave. I told them waiting that long while they kept it without repairing it, then waiting again in January for its repairing would mean almost a month without a microwave while I didn’t even have a back up.
