MICROWAVE FAILURE
the best out of the worst. I bought a microwave its been 15 awaiting for the delivery first the driver got lost and i was not contacted about my item , I called numerous times and they delivered a damaged microwave i had to do a follow up again with makro to track my item guess what ?
I spoke with more than 7 service agent and 3 team leaders which all of the promised to do their outmost best (worst in other words )disappointing.
Today i get an email with a refund that might take 7 days for processing while am i waited 15 days with just a response regarding my item .
this is the worst service i got to date terrible to be precise

am still unhappy with your resolution. you still not listening to my needs as a customer, again a huge inconvenience added to my dissatisfaction. feedback saying you're sorry it's not sorting to me while i gave you options to execute my query , yet you still fail .
am saddened to feel like am wasting my time with a business that's not hearing me as a customer.
my regrets on this platform its beyond comprehension
