Microwave

I received such terrible service from the makro in fordsburg I purchased a microwave from them in January and had it for two weeks and it gave a problem we then returned it again and now on the 18/07/2020 for the same reason I then toke the microwave to the makro in fordsburg and received such terrible service from them everytime you phone them still ****py service and saying that they waiting for parts I don't want that microwave back I either want a new one or I want my money back or I will post this on every platform I find I want a call back with feedback.
