Messy shelves causes bad attitudes

I visited Makro Ottery today, my choice is normally Montague Gardens, after today, I can certainly see why I go the extra mile to Montague Gardens... My entire shopping experience came to over R4000, one of the purchases being a computer bag. When ringing up my goods, I noticed the computer bag was being charged R999 instead of the R499 that I saw on the shelf, I queried it - naturally... They investigated and said the correct price is R999. I advised them that got it from that price and the one lady was so rude, she basically told me there's arrows there there and there. I asked her if she noticed how messy the shelves were and maybe the bag was in the wrong spot. So she tells me, no she didn't notice, next thing they all scurry away to the laptop bags again... FIVE staff members later and we're still fighting, plus an hour later. To of the names that I dealt with was Nokuthula and Channelle, supervisors apparently... The lovely cashier didn't know who the others were.... Must be new... So eventually the sixth person came around and said that I could get the bag at cost price..... Lesson learnt for shopping here, every special you see, take a photo of the item on the shelf as well as the price, and make sure the arrows are pointing in the right direction!!! Terrible terrible shopping experience... Won't be visiting this branch again. Will rather take my money to Game. Still sitting in the shop waiting.... So can't say yet whether an apology will be made or not.... Doubt it though.
