Messed up service.

I don't know if Makro has been taken over by new management/owners, the past few months have been horrible. If it is not delayed orders, it's lies about unavailability. This recent experience is just the worst. I cancelled one item a mere hour after making the order. It was just one item from an order of 8 items. None of the stuff has been delivered yet but Makro is busy sending couriers to collect the returned stuff. What stuff? Where? When nothing has been delivered.
