****** ****mers took my money no delivery!!!!!

I bought stationery on the 21st December 2024 was supposed to be delivered on the 28th December 2024,when tracking my order it said order packed waiting for courier till to date no communication from them nothing whatsoever, been calling them all I have been getting is that the matter been escalated no feedback, what a service from such a big store, this store is nothing but ****** ****mers
