****MERS!!!

Pathetic!...bought a generator Dec 25, stopped working in Jan 26, took it back as it's still under warranty, was told to go and collect, which i did, few weeks later i was told i was given the wrong generator, they came to collect and gave me mine after a few days, and i never got to test it, yesterday there was no power and tried starting up the generator, and guess what, same problem, now i call in, they say i must take it in again!..with who's petrol?..spoke to the to try and get them to collect, only in that process i find out that it was never fixed as it was 'overloaded' and warranty does not apply, whereas when we bought it we were told it can sustain a household!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR A NEW GENERATOR!!!
