I bought 20 usbs and only 2 were delivered and 15 mouses only 14 were delivered. I phoned in at Makro immediately when my parcels arrived to let them know that not everything was delivered, I was told that my matter was escalated I should get response within 7 working day, Sunday the 24th I receive an email saying I can return the items an sms with how to return an order had been sent to me. I don’t want to return the stuff I want the missing items that weren’t delivered but paid for.
