Worst experience ever!!! Do not buy at Makro, the online service is terrible they even lie to you, I ordered a drone which is supposed to be delivered today, I have been fed lie after lie that it will be delivered only to be told that they don’t have the product and they will refund me within 7-14 working days. The product is still advertised on their online shop… ****MERS

02 Sept 2025, 16:33This is exactly what I am talking about, you do not care about your customers and only respond to respond, I am not interested in a refund, we requested the same drone that is advertised under Oasis to be processed and delivered to us, DO NOT REFUND. The same Oasis P30(4k) Dual camera Drone Pro series professional drone with control range : 1000m. Please do not mess this up again
