Megamaster Mixup

I was contacted a few months ago by Makro Ops/Marketing to say that I had won a Megamaster competition and that I would receive a Ceramic pot set. I was thrilled. Sadly the individual who was in contact with me subsequently left and so has apparently the chances of me receiving the prize. I tried numerous numbers and yet to no avail
