****med my money, Makro is useless and unreliable and *************

I have place an order on 24 December 2025 and my delivery date was the 01 or 03 of January 2026 and I have never received any delivery I tried to contact Makro from the 06 January and since then I have been given a run around no one wanted to listen instead they keep saying my order shows it out for delivery I have written several complaints to Makro online instead they said they will cancel the order and refund me as per my request cos I wasn’t interested anymore all I wanted was my money back guess what nothing happened. I called everyday and their unprofessional and rude consultants will never assist at all. And in my calling everyday I landed to a lady that tried her best to listen and tried to assist she called the courier people she did a conference call and the courier they advised that my order was sitting at their depot and **** that I gave them a wrong number to my suprise I don’t give any number to them makro gave them my information and they agree to return back the order to the supplier and the expected arrival to the supplier was last Friday and I was expecting to be refunded accordingly but guess what my order status changed from out of delivery to delivery…when I called again to ask what happening I was told my order was delivered and when I try to explain my story no one is interested instead i am told i must check with people that i stay with how can i check something that was never delivered to me. This is pathetic service, very annoying and its making me sick how can a big company like Makro employ such useless people and why Makro is have ****mers on their website as sellers. All I need is my money back and I won’t be involving myself with you guys any more. I was told to log a return how to log a return for items that were not delivered at all such stupidity at its best…I called again on Monday this week and the return was initiated but then what cos there is no items received its just a waste of my time. Please help I want my money back the order number in question is OD*** my contact numbers is on my profile same as my email.
