I ordered a Drone for my husband's birthday and there was a delay on delivery. Today I received it and it's the wrong item! It's almost half the price of the one I ordered and the soonest pick up date is 4 days from now! And I need to still wait for the new delivery!

06 Dec 2024, 17:36Please note that the item has still not even been picked up. Service from Makro seems quite pathetic especially looking at all the other reviews of people going through the same disappointment with service.it obviously isn't something new and isn't taken seriously.

10 Dec 2024, 11:23What a joke, it's now Tuesday, there has been no communication on an alternative day to pick up since Friday...the reason I selected Friday was because I was at the relevant address. I'm not there everyday...so what happens. I will be waiting for my refund till next year clearly due to 0 urgency to pick up the item.
