****med by Makro shop

I have run out of ways to make Makro to get my order I ordered a month ago.I paid for it,I have not received it till to date.My R999.00 it's gone and no heater and Makro store doesn't even care.I tried countless times to get help from Makro but they have failed.It means I was smammed almost R1000 by Makro crown mines.This is a second review I write about the shop.I ordered something else on the 21 May 2023 to see if they will do the same with the order that they don't wanna help me with.I placed the order on the 21 May and it was delivered on the 24 May 2023.That is where we decided to conclude that Makro ****med us our R999.00 and they don't care.I'm asking anyone who can help me to please contact me on *** or *** to get my money back from this shop called Makro.
