MCard Rewards ***** and un helpful call center

Received a ********** OTP for my M-Rewards. Called the call center and got hung up twice and once I finally managed to speak to someone, I was told they cannot assist. Also found out that I have 2 other cards linked to my account, without my permission. This is in contravention of the POPI act.
