Your Twitter account advised me on Wednesday that my Black Friday order would FINALLY arrive on Thursday, yesterday. This didn't happen!!

Sibusiso Chabalala said my refund was processed on Monday morning, yet nothing. Mbali Ndlovu is cherry picking over my numerous complaints , deletes complaints directed at her complacency and doesn't follow up like she says she will in her generic responses on here.
