How are you even the face of this company when you are so complacent and nonchalant!?
When will you ever respond to your emails timeously? I've been waiting for your response for 24hrs. When can I finally go get my money from Ottery store?
I will be there today and all hell will break loose if I don't get my refund, considering I've been asking you about this!!
