Mbali Ndlovu, Sibusiso Chabalala & Finance Dept Stink

I've been requesting a refund from you for 8 business days and that's how long it's taken you to determine what my initial payment method was.

Yesterday, I sent my ID copy and requested to be informed when I may finally get my damn money from Ottery store.

It's an affront as is, that even though I sent my details for refund to my bank account 8 business days ago, you now want me to go to a store, of which are few and far between! In her usual fashion, Mbali didn't respond to this by close of business yesterday and still hasn't, despite me sending a follow up email this morning.

Between Mbali Ndlovu, Sibusiso Chabalala and this so called Finance Dept, you're all apart of Mickey Mouse Makro. You all stink.
